I was referred to Liberty by a friend and I will say the service was Awesome. I called to see if they were open because due to weather and the young lady was Awesome on helping me. Once I arrived to Liberty I was greeted by everyone and assisted promptly. I advised what was going on with my car/muffler. They advised me of the steps and stated Tony would assist me on fixing my car. Car was fixed in a hour. Ther service here is awesome and fast. Very reasonable prices. Went through a puddle during a recent hurricane and with multiple things running through my mind all at once, I was able to have peace of mind as soon as I dropped my car off. The updated system allows for real time updates throughout the repair process. Even with that being said, George (Mechanic) took the time to help me understand what had happened, what is happening and what to look forward to in the future. I paid over 1600 for an exhaust manifold, muffler and pipe job on a 99 ford ranger with rusted bolts. They got the job done but it took them 2 to 3 weeks, can't remember exactly how long so ill say 2 weeks and some change. They are a really busy shop so it will take them a while to get your vehicle in, but their work so far has held up. Nothing has failed in my exhaust and the pricing is slightly cheaper then another shop like Riverside. You will save about 150 to 200 dollars going to this shop but they don't do appointments, its first come first served. Due to this you could be waiting up to 2 weeks or longer depending on the job. If you don't have other means of transportation to go to work, its not plausible which is why i give them 4 stars instead of 5. If you go here for a big job or possibly even a small job, make sure you got atleast 2 weeks worth of rides to get to work or another form of transportaion or else you may be in trouble. Their work so far has held up and they also have a warranty on the parts.

It's so refreshing to know there are still honest businesspeople in this world. I dropped my car off for muffler repairs this past Monday afternoon not expecting to hear back until the next day with a quote on how much it'll cost to replace my mufflers. Instead, I got a call back in an hour or so saying my car was ready. Very confused, I asked was the mufflers changed and the woman said no. My mufflers were fine and they just needed to tighten the heat shield. I was already mentally prepared to spend several hundreds of dollars, but these folks showed there are still people out here with honestly and integrity. My car is back to its quiet self! Went to the dealership for periodic service not long ago and asked them to look into a rattle under the front that seemed to be getting worse over time. Their diagnosis was that "multiple heat shields" and the catalytic converter needed replacing at an estimated $2,200. Fortunately one of the folks there pulled me aside on my way out to say there might be a much simpler fix and recommended Ken's who fixed the issue (one loose heat shield) in less than an hour and charged me $26!

I hate dealing with shops typically so I put off getting my exhaust fixed for awhile, but Ken's made it easy. I dropped my car off and while they weren't able to get to it that same day, they worked on it the next morning and it was done quickly. I thought I needed a new muffler, but they told me it was just my flex pile and hanger so this is definitely a shop with integrity. They're not trying to upcharge you for anything. I was told by the Cadillac dealership that it would be 2000 to fix my car's muffler, needless to say I ran out of there!! I explained the situation to Ken's muffler repair shop and they told me to bring it in, same day. I brought my car there they looked at it and came back with 150 for repairs!!!!! I had to ask them like five times to make sure it was not a prank! They fixed it right there on the spot no problems!! From now on, this is the only place I am taking any of my vehicles for exhaust work, and possibly anything else. I called around to several other shops before deciding to go to Ken's and got quotes for what it would cost to replace the catalytic converter on my '07 Expedition, and all other estimates ranged between &900 - $1200. Ken's was not only able to get it done correctly for under $600, but had it done in less than an hour! All the other shops claimed it required a "bolt on" replacement where the part by itself was around $700 or more, but at Ken's, they were able to cut and weld just the part that was needed, for a total price that was still lower than the price of just the pre-made part assembly alone.

I'm so glad I chose Ken's Muffler! PepBoys told me that my muffler was loose and needed a weld. They did not say that it was literally falling apart and broken (saw with my own eyes at Ken's). The entire muffler had to be replaced. I had called in the morning, but couldn't show until the afternoon. They took care of my car right away, as I needed repair for inspection. I went in first thing on the morning of 25 February to get a diagnostic for an issue that my vehicle was having. The crew at the front desk was super courteous and helpful. I was told by a car repairman that my catalytic converters needed to be replaced. He said the cost would be around $750 to replace both of them on my Yukon. I went to Ken's Muffler, dropped off my truck and told them to replace the catalytic converters as long as it could be done for $750 or less. I got a call back from Ken's telling me that I did not need to replace the catalytic converters. They could have replaced them without telling me but they told me and that saved me $750. Can't say enough good things about Ken's. I went in this morning without an appt to get a custom exhaust built from scratch for my BMW. They put my car on the rack, took a look around and give me an extremely reasonable price given the task of creating what I wanted. Everything was mandrel bent and welded, no clamps. I called Ken's this morning to ask for a quote for dual Flowmaster exhaust for my 2017 Silverado. I wanted the Series-10 muffler which he said they had in stock. He told me it would be $450 out the door and if I dropped it off, they could have it done today. I picked up my truck at 3pm today and it sounds awesome. Great work guys, and $450 for a custom exhaust is a great price. They're $750- 1200 online and that's for a bolt-on kit. This was my second vehicle they've done for me and it won't be the last.

I brought my 18' Silverado in to have a Borla Atak exhaust and a K&N CAI installed. I provided all the parts for this job. Shortly after I dropped it off, Mike (I assume was the head Tech) informed me that when he opened the exhaust packaging up, he discovered it was damaged. This probably happened during shipment to my residence. He also informed me that for whatever reason, the exhaust fitment was off. He just needed my approval to go a head and make the appropriate modifications to get it on. In the back of my head I was thinking "OH MAN, HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST, NOW?" When he told me what the new price was, I couldn't believe it. It was WAAAAAYYYYY cheaper than I thought it would be, even with the extra time and effort to make those modifications. On top of that, the turnaround was extremely fast. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 and got it back by 12:30. Ken's is a great place to take your vehicle to get worked on. Everyone that works there is extremely courteous and helpful. You actually feel like a valued customer! They just gained my business for life!

I have read all these reviews on Ken's Muffler and they must be fake or intended to make the shop look bad by another competitor. I had exhaust work done on my car today after going to TWO other shops in Fayetteville and being turned away. One shop refused to use the parts I brought in based on "company policy" and the other was "too busy" to do my 10 minute weld job. Apparently my money wasn't worth their high and mighty time! I showed up at Ken's ten minutes after they opened and was greeted quickly and taken care of immediatly. There was no question about if they would do the work. They did a great job, fast, for a legit price and they were very personable. If you need work done, try Ken's first...unless you want to pay too much or be treated like a number by some other shop. Ken's is owned and operated by car guys and I highly recommend them. Update?? Came back to Ken's with my third vehicle for some custom work. Mike took care of me and put in the time to make my car look great and give me exactly what I was after. I'll keep coming here whenever I need some work. Thanks guys!

Owner definitely has integrity and showed how they could repair the one I had, after bringing me into his shop to show what he was planning on doing, for $200 instead. Can tell this is a great shop.

I used Ken's to create a custom exhaust for my car. They were reasonable on the price for the work that I needed done. The custom exhaust was created by the "Professor" (aka Mike). Mike did great work by making sure all pipes were bent, fit and securely hung. He also welded all joints to ensure the pipes were all sealed. Mike finished the car well ahead of the estimated duration of the install (Thanks Mike). I am really happy with how my car sounds and have received numerous compliments on the work. If I ever need exhaust work done in the future, I will definitely go back. I would refer Ken's to anyone that needs a custom task completed.

Awesome job and friendly experience!!! I bought an exhaust system off amazon and went to one of the "big name" exhaust shop chains to get it installed. First they told me it would not fit my truck and quoted me an astronomical price using their "computer" to estimate labor. Then they told me that they could custom make an exhaust system for barely less than the installation cost for the one I brought in. I said "no thanks" and left. I brought the same exhaust to Ken's and they installed my exhaust in one third of the time the other shop quoted and without trying to sell me their "custom" stuff. I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of their work and recommend them to anyone that wants quality work at a great price with no BS or alternate agenda. I had a problem with my muffler it was making a loud noise so I went to jiffy lube to get my oil changed and while there I asked about the noise I was told my muffler was broken and it had pulled away from the car they said they could fix it for $556.57 ($333.66 for the muffler and $187.50 for the labor which would take 2 hours) I went to advance to price a muffler it was $185.00 but the guy behind the counter told me it would be cheaper to go to a muffler shop I googled muffler shops and I found the best folks ever my car was fixed in less than 30 minutes for $64.20 thanks to Ken's muffler and auto

Don't let the appearance fool you. The people are knowledgeable and straight forward. Another reputable shop recommend them for my catalytic coverter issue on my SUV. 400 dollars out the door for my after market coverter was fair (200 parts, 200 labor). DK Hardee wanted 2,000 (probably dealer price). I respectfully declined to say the least.

I had to move awhile ago, because they didn't work on Mercedes, but they are still my go to when I need something they can handle or a recommendation. In 1998 I brought in my Honda Civic with headers and full exhaust. Ken's installed it for the price and time they quoted me over the phone. About 3 weeks ago I brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a cat-back system. Mike, the tech who would install the exhaust, met with me to discuss my options. About an hour later I was on my way! It took a day or two for the new muffler to break in; now it sounds great: a low rumble but not obnoxious. Thanks Ken's!

I spent half the money getting a custom exhaust from a guy who could do it "just as good for less"(see attached pic of the x pipe they removed). They work quick and the welds are super clean, price came in under the estimate given. Would recommend
